As such, the success rate of getting a good and productive oil field is challenging. With that knowledge, Eni had to acquire oil companies in other countries. This would guarantee Enis might to meet the customers demands and expectations (Maloney, 2012).Eni SpA has also focused on the changes in the market dynamics as a business level strategy.
